Abstract

Menurut World Health Organization (2009) memperkirakan 450 juta orang di seluruh dunia mengalami gangguan jiwa, sekitar 10% orang dewasa mengalami gangguan jiwa saat ini dan 25% penduduk diperkirakan akan mengalami gangguan jiwa pada usia tertentu selama hidupnya. Dengan menggunakan proses keperawatan dengan melihat faktor prediposisi yang terdiri dari genetik, kepribadian, kehilangan objek, teori agresi berbalik pada diri sendiri, model kognitif, ketidak berdayaan, model perilaku, model biologic. Sedangkan dengan faktor pretipitasi terdiri dari: faktor biologis, faktor psikologis, faktor sosiobudaya. Metode : penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan keperawatan yang meliputi ; pengkajian keperawatan, diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan keperawatan, penatalaksanaan keperawatan dan evaluasi keperawatan. Dengan teknik pengumpualn data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil : setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan setelah 3 kali kunjungan diperoleh pasien sudah kooperatif dengan melakukan hubungan saling percaya dengan perawat-perawat lain-keluarga,dengan melakukan SPTK kepada pasien 2 kali dan kepada Keluarga2 kali.. Kesimpulan : membina hubungan saling percaya terbukti klien akrab dengan mahasiswa praktik, klien mampu mengenal isolasi sosial, dengan cara berinteraksi dengan orang lain terutama keluaraga Kata kunci : Isolasi sosial. By using the nursing process by looking at prediposition factors consisting of genetics, personality, loss of object, aggression theory turns to oneself, cognitive models, helplessness, behavioral models, biologic models. While the precipitating factors consist of: biological factors, psychological factors, sociocultural factors. Methods: the authors used a nursing approach that included; nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing management and nursing evaluation. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation studies and literature studies. Results: after the nursing action was carried out after 3 visits the patient was already cooperative by having a trusting relationship with other nurses- family, by conducting SPTK to the patient 2 times and to the families 2 times. Conclusion: fostering trusting relationships proven clients are familiar with student practice, clients are able to recognize social isolation, by interacting with others especially families Keywords: Social isolation.
