Abstract
Koperasi Galur Murni ( Best Cow Farm ) Ajung Jember, merupakan entitas yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi susu segar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi, efektifitas, juga keekonomisan pada Koperasi Galur Murni ( Best Cow Farm ) Ajung Jember, serta pencarian sebab permasalahan produktifitas pada entitas tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan beberapa tahapan audit yang terdiri dari survey pendahuluan, review, pengujian pengendalian manajemen dan pengujian terinci. Temuan penelitian ini meunjukan bahwa standart pelaksanaan proses produksi telah sesuai dengan standart yang telah ditentukan perusahaan sebelumnya dan bagian produksi menyusun perencanaan untuk mewujudkan tujuan produksi telah ditetapkan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Koperasi Galur Murni ( Best Cow Farm ) Ajung Jember cukup efisien, efektif, dan ekonomis namun masih terdapat kelemahan – kelemahan dalam kegiatan produksi perusahaan seperti tidak adanya kebijakan tertulis kapasitas produksi, tidak adanya jadwal perawatan peralatan dan prosedur tertulis, tidak dimiliki laporan terdokumentasi yang akurat tentang aktivitas tidak bernilai tambah, tidak adanya suatu prosedur tertulis mengenai bagaimana dan siapa yang melakukan pengecekan produk jadi. Kata Kunci: Pengabdian masyarakat, Audit Operasional Fungsi Produksi, Fungsi Produksi, Prosedur Audit. ABSTRACT Koperasi Galur Murni (Best Cow Farm) Ajung Jember, is an entity that is engaged in the production of fresh milk. This study aims to determine the efficiency, effectiveness, and economics of the Cooperative Galur Murni (Best Cow Farm) Ajung Jember, as well as the search for productivity problems in the entity. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data from this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews with relevant parties. Then proceed with several stages of the audit consisting of a preliminary survey, review, management control testing and detailed testing. The findings of this study indicate that the standard implementation of the production process is in accordance with the standards set by the company in advance and the production department plans to realize the production goals have been set. The researcher concludes that the Best Cow Farm Cooperative in Ajung Jember is quite efficient, effective and economical, but there are still weaknesses in the company's production activities such as the absence of a written production capacity policy, the absence of equipment maintenance schedules and written procedures, no reports accurate documented activities without added value, the absence of a written procedure on how and who checks the finished product.
