Abstract

This research is done to know influence between net profit to share price industrial company of consumer goods in Bursa Efek indonesia ( BEI) Data obtained pursuant to Annual Report publication industrial company of consumer goods in Bursa Efek indonesia ( BEI) since year 2011 up to year 2013. From the kreteria obtained by 30 company as research sampel. In data processing used by method of pooling, where " n" used by is multiplication between amount of company. (30) with period of its perception (3 year) so that used sampel become 90.Teknik analysis the used is linear regresi modestly and hypothesis test use t-statistik to test coefficient of regresi partial with signifikance of level 5%. Besides also to test prerequisite covering test of normalitas test and of linieritas. Pursuant to test of normalitas test and of linieritas do not be found by variable which digressing from classic assumption, this matter indicate that available data have up to standard to use model equation of linear regression From result of this research can be concluded that there are positive influence and signifikan between net profit to share price at industrial manufacturing business of consumer goods in Bursa Efek indonesia ( BEI)
