Abstract
Dukungan Tenaga kesehatan adalah kenyamanan fisik, psikologis, perhatian, serta penghargaan, maupun bantuan dalam bentuk lainnya yang di terima indiviu dari tenaga kesehatan. dukungan tersebut berwujud dukungan emosional, penghargaan, instrumental, dan informasi yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kebenaran informasi yang didengar serta presepsi seseorang. Metode: Desain Penelitian adalah analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang bertujuan apakah ada huungan Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan dengan Persepsi Ibu Post Partum Tentang Perawatan Bayi BBLR Pasca Hospitalisasi dengan jumlah sampel yakni 32 responden.Teknik sampling menggunakan quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisoner. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dalam sistem komputerisasi dengan nilai α = 0,05. Hasil: Dari dukungan petugas kesehatan didapatkan dukungan petugas kesehatan optimal sebanyak 27 responden (84.4%), serta 5 responden dukungan petugas kurang optimal (15.6%). Hasil dari Presepsi didapatkan Presepsi Tepat 27 responden (84.4 %), Presepsi Tidak Tepat 5 responden (15.6%). Hasil uji Chi Square (α= 0,05) diperoleh hasil Ρ Value = 0,00 berarti ada Hubungan Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan dengan Persepsi Ibu Post Partum Tentang Perawatan Bayi BBLR Pasca Hospitalisasi. Diskusi: dukungan petugas kesehatan menjadi kebutuhan yang mutlak bagi pasien atau responden. Dan merupakan suport sistem atau kebutuhan informasi yang dibutuhkan pasien selama di ruang rawat inap Rekomendasi: Bahwa pemberian dukungan petugas kesehatan kepada ibu post partum dengan bayi Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah merupakan hal yang sangat di butuhkan ibu ketika merawat bayinya di rumah agar bayi dengan BBLR senantiasa sehat serta terhindar dari infeksi. Kata kunci :Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan, Presepsi Ibu Post Partum, Perawatan Bayi BBLR, Daftar Pustaka 32 (2010 - 2018) Support Health workers are physical, psychological, attention and appreciation, as well as other forms of assistance that individuals receive from health workers. This support is in the form of emotional support, appreciation, instrumental, and information which aims to improve the truth of information heard and one's perceptions. Methods: The research design is a correlation analytic with a cross sectional approach which aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the support of health workers and post-partum mothers' perceptions of post-hospitalization for low birth weight babies with a total sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique used quota sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Result The statistical test used Chi Square statistical test in a computerized system with a value of α = 0.05. Results: From the support of health workers obtained optimal support from health workers was 27 respondents (84.4%), and 5 respondents were less than optimal (15.6%). The results of the perception obtained were 27 respondents (84.4%) and 5 respondents (15.6%). Chi Square test results (α = 0.05) obtained results diperoleh Value = 0.00 means that there is a relationship between support from health workers and perceptions of post-partum mothers about post-hospitalization for low birth weight babies.. Discussion: health worker support be an absolute necessity for the patient or respondent. And it is a system support or information needs that patients need while in the inpatient room Recommendation: That providing support from health workers to post-partum mothers with babies with low birth weight babies is very much needed by mothers when caring for their babies at home so that babies with LBW are always healthy and avoid infection.
