Abstract

Pendahuluan : Inkontinensial uine aldallalh tidalk malmpunyal seseoralg untuk menal-haln ingin kelualrnyal urine talnpal disaldalri dengaln pengelualraln urin dallalm jumlalh yalng balny-alk daln frekuensi yalng cukup. Kegel exercise aldallalh laltihaln otot dalsalr pal-nggul yang ber-tujualn untuk memperkualt otot periuretral algalr lalnsial bisal mengontrol pengelualraln urin secalral malksimal. Tujuan : Tujuan peelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegel exercise dalam men-guragi masalah inkontinensia urine. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pen-deketan case study dalam bentu asuhan keperawatan. Hasil : Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan latihan legel exercise selama 6 hari, lansia sudah mampu merasakan sensasi akan berkemih dan mampu untuk menahan saat akan berkemih. Lansia mampu untuk melakukan latihan kegel exer-cise dengan baik, meskipun pada hasilnya salah satu lansia masih merasa tidak untas saat berkemih.
