Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pencak silat adalah suatu metode beladiri yang diciptakan oleh bangsa Indonesia guna. mempertahankan diri dari bahaya. Tekanan darah merupakan faktor yang amat penting pada sistem sirkulasi. Peningkatan atau penurunan tekanan darah akan mempengaruhi homeostasis di dalam tubuh. Pencak silat dapat berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah ditentukan dari intensitas latihan. Intensitas latihan pada pemain pencak silat dapat menentukan jenis sistem pengeluaran energi yang digunakan. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode studi koomparatif, populasi pada penelitian ini sejumlah 101 dan sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini merujuk pada teori milik suharsimi arikunto sehingga sampel yang digunakan 50 responden dan teknik sampling yang digunakan quota sampling. Pengumpulan data ukur penelitian ini menggunakan observasi tekanan drah. Anallisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dengan ketentuan α ≤ 0,05. Hasil: menunjukkan bahwa dari 50 responden diperoleh p value uji Wilcoxon 0,000<0,05, dengan demikian didapatkan bahwa adanya perbedaan tekanan darah pada anak berusia 7-12 tahun yang berstatus atlet dan bukan atlet pencak silat. Kesimpulan: Adanya perbedaan tekanan darah pada siswa yang berstatus atlet silat dan bukan atlet silat di SDN 1 Kelabang. Blood pressure is a very important factor in the circulatory system. An increase or decrease in blood pressure will affect homeostasis in the body. Pencak silat can affect blood pressure determined by the intensity of training. The intensity of training in pencak silat players can determine the type of energy expenditure system used. Metode: This study uses quantitative research. This study uses a type of co-operative study method, the population in this study is 101 and the sample taken in this study refers to Suharsimi Arikunto's theory so that the sample used was 50 respondents and the sampling technique used was quota sampling. The collection of measurement data for this study uses drah pressure observation. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test with a α ≤ of 0.05. Hasil: showed that from 50 respondents obtained a Wilcoxon test p value of 0.000<0.05, thus it was found that there was a difference in blood pressure in children aged 7-12 years who were athletes and non-pencak silat athletes.Kesimpulan: There is a difference in blood pressure in students who are silat athletes and non-silat athletes at SDN 1 Kelabang.
