Abstract
Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahmengetahuikepuasankonsumen pada Toko Sepatu Rahmad Dani Banyuwangi, yang diukurdenganmotodeCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Penelitianinidilakukandenganmenyebarkankuesioner pada konsumenyang berjumlah 75 responden. Pada metodeCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untukmengetahuitingkatkepuasansecaramenyeluruh, nilai yang diperolehsebesar 0,153atau153% dalamkategorisangatpuas. Kata kunci : Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Asurance dan Empathy
