Abstract

UKS stands for health business school is all the efforts made to improve the health of school age children at each track, the type and level of education. Part of a school-age child health programs. School-age children are children aged 6-21 years, in accordance with the growth process is divided into two sub-groups, namely preteens (6-9 years) and adolescents (10-19 years). The purpose of this study to determine the relationship manager's performance to the level of user satisfaction UKS. The study design used is cross sectional with a population of 58 students UKS users, samples taken 51 respondents obtained by the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with ordinal scale. The results of data analysis showed that respondents with the performance of managers and UKS quite that is 74,5% of respondents with the performance of managers fast enough UKS that is 31,4%. The results of statistical tests using Spearman correlation rho α = 0.05 in with get p value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the performance of managers with the level of user satisfaction UKS Strength of correlation can be seen through vgalue r is 0.582, which means the strength of the relationship between variable is strong. This study was recommended for health workers, especially nursing community to improve the quality and quantity when providing guidance to managers UKS.
