Abstract
Health is a very important aspect in human life as well as a human rights for everyone. As stated in the Republic of Indonesia Act 39 of 2009 on the health states that health is a human right and one on welfare that should be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation. Quality of service is the level of perfection neunjukkan on health care, which on one hand give rise to satisfaction on every patient in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the population, as well as on the other side. This study aims to add insight and knowledge on how to choose the right health care and good. For assessment using qualitative methods can be explained the method used, in more detail to identify factors Relations Strengthening Public Health Officer With Behavioral Health Services In Election. The study population was rural communities RT sukowono with the number 82 and the sample used some 112 people who were taken using simple random sampling technique. Results of research with Wilcoxon signed rank test (α = 0.05) obtained p value = 0,001 H1 accepted meaning or no Factor Strengthening Relationships With Behavioral Health Officer Public Health Care In Post-Election JKN Sukowono In the village of Jember. This study was recommended to village communities for the Selection of Health Care sukowono Era JKN In order to choose the health service is good and right.
