Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan umum diadakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan keperawatan kepada keluarga-keluarga yang menderita penyakit diabetes mellitus di Dusun Jatisari Desa Tisnogambar Kecamatan Bangsalsari Kabupaten Jember. Sedangkan metode kajian yang digunakan adalah proses keperawatan yang terdiri dari pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan uraian yang telah dipaparkan pada pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa diagnosa keperawatan yang ditemukan pada keluarga Ny. D di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Bangsalsari, Jember pada tanggal 5 Februari 2021 adalah: Pertama, Defisit pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan kurangnya informasi tentang penyakit DM. Kedua, Pemeliharaan kesehatan tidak efektif dibuktikan dengan tidak menunjukkan minat pada perbaikan perilaku sehat. Ketiga, Resiko cidera berhubungan dengan ketidak mampuan keluarga memodifikasi lingkungan rumah yang sehat. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Keluarga dan Diabetes Melitus ABSTRACT The general purpose of this study was to determine the application of nursing care to families suffering from diabetes mellitus in Jatisari Hamlet, Tisnoimage Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency. While the study method used is the nursing process which consists of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Based on the description that has been presented in the discussion, it can be concluded that the nursing diagnoses found in the family of Mrs. D in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Bangsalsari, Jember on February 5, 2021, are: First, the knowledge deficit related to the lack of information about DM. Second, health maintenance is not effective as evidenced by not showing interest in improving healthy behavior. Third, the risk of injury is related to the family's inability to modify a healthy home environment. Keywords: Nursing Care, Family and Diabetes Melitus
