Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh model orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi bisnis terhadap peningkatan kinerja wirausaha kosmetik di Wuluhan Jember” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial model orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi bisnis terhadap kinerja wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh pengusaha kosmetik perempuan di Wuluhan dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 46 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi, dan uji t dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja wirausaha sebesar 0,362. Sedangkan strategi bisnis berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja wirausaha sebesar 0,375.
