Abstract
Abstrak UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH JEMBER PROGRAM STUDI S1-ILMU KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN Skripsi, Juli 2024 Yuli Hadi Siswoko Hubungan Perawatan Diri Deangan Kualitas Hidup Penderita HIV Di Puskesmas Ambulu Xvii + hal + 2 bagan + 11 tabel + 10 lampiran Abstrak HIV merupakan salah satu dari infeksi menular seksual dimana penyakit tersebut dapat menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh penderitanya. HIV masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat dengan dampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup penderitanya. Perawatan diri yang mencangkup aspek fisik, psikologis, dan sosial berperan penting dalam proses penatalaksanaan HIV dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Kualitas hidup didefinisikan sebagai penilaian yang dirasakan individu tentang bagaimana individu puas dengan kehidupannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan perawatan diri dengan kualitas hidup penderita HIV di Puskesmas Ambulu. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling yang berjumlah 77 responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini penderita HIV dengan jumlah 77 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Spearman rho. Hasil : Dari hasil uji Spearman rho didapatkan nilai signifikan p value 0,000 atau (p value <0,05), dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima, yang artinya ada hubungan perawatan diri dengan kualitas hidup dengan nilai koefisiensi korelasi 0,388 yang artinya memiliki hubungan yang lemah. Saran : Diharapkan responden mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait perawatan HIV serta pengobatan HIV agar mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup. HIV remains a public health problem with significant impacts on the quality of life of those affected. Self-care, encompassing physical, psychological, and social aspects, plays a crucial role in the management of HIV and improving quality of life. Quality of life is defined as an individual's perceived assessment of how satisfied they are with their life. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between self-care support and the quality of life of HIV patients at the Ambulu Public Health Center. Method: This study utilized a Cross-Sectional design. Sampling technique employed Purposive Sampling with a total of 77 respondents. The population included HIV patients, all of whom participated in the study. Data analysis used Spearman's rho test. Results: From Spearman's rho test, a significant p-value of 0.00 (p < 0.05) was obtained, thereby supporting H1, indicating a relationship between self-care and quality of life with a correlation coefficient of 0.388, indicating a weak relationship. Recommendations: It is hoped that respondents can enhance their knowledge regarding HIV care and treatment to improve their quality of life.
