Abstract

Persaingan dunia usaha di Indonesia semakin ketat, setiap perusahaan bersaing untuk menarik pelanggan dan mempertahankan eksistensinya di pasar. Termasuk dalam penjualan perlengkapan outdoor yang saat ini tumbuh dan berkembang pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara produk Eiger dengan produk Consina. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok pendaki Bondowoso. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Non probability deangan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari total pertanyaan 16 indikator. Sehingga besar sampel yang diteliti 80 responden.. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji independent sample T-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan kualitas produk yang signifikan antara produk Eiger dan produk Consina. Terdapat perbedaan citra merek yang signifikan antara produk Eiger dan produk Consina.
