Abstract

Tugas akhir ini berjudul ” Proses Pembuatan Chicken Pompom Pada Opini Kopi Coffe Shop Di Ascent Premiere Hotel And Convention Malang. Tujuan dari0penelitian ini6adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan chicken pompom Pada Opini Kopi Coffe Shop Di Ascent Premiere Hotel And Convention Malang. Penelitian ini7dilakukan selama enam bulan8dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan3melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan analisis deskriptis untuk menguraikan hasil dan pembahasan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa proses pembuatan chicken pompom Pada Opini Kopi Coffes Shop Di Ascent Premiere Hotel And Convention Malang dibaagi menjadi tiga yaitu : Pemilihan Bahan, Membentuk bulat – bulat adonan daging ayam, Penyimpanan chicken pompom di lemari pendingin. Kata Kunci : Proses, Chicken Pompom, Coffe Shop.
