Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mengetahui Make A Match dipadu dengan TPS (Think Pair Share) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada pokok bahasan sistem gerak pada manusia dan sistem pencernaan pada manusia kelas 8A SMPN 2 AMBULU. Penelitian PTK ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus yang mana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui 4 cara: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) tes, (4) dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, lembar wawancara dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kognitif Ketuntasan klasikal pada ranah kognitif siklus I mencapai 71% dan siklus II mencapai 78% dengan peningkatan sebesar 7%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Make a Match dipadu Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 2 Ambulu.
