Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Studi Empiris Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Dulur Dewe di Kabupaten Jember menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen di Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah masyarakan di Jember dan peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 konsumen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Non Probability Sampling yaitu purposive sampling dimana sampel dipilih secara kategori metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan analisis uji t menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dari variabel insentif, pengalaman, dan pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.
