Abstract
Research with the title of the influence of motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT.Bumi Karya Utama Jember using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT.Bumi Karya Utama Jember. The population in this study was 110 employees and researchers took a sample of 54 employees using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling method used is based on the non probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling where the sample is chosen intentionally and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis states that there is a partially significant influence of the motivational,compensation, and on job satisfaction.
